Andrew O’Brien-Penney obsesses about international events, their causes and effects.  He writes this blog to point out oddities about the world and ask why they happen.  He is a graduate of the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and holds a B.S. in International Economics with a certificate in Asian Studies.  He is currently a transfer pricing consultant and lives in Chicago.
